All of our products are fresh and made-to-order. For example, if you need to order 15 feet or 15 bunches, then put "15" as the quantity when adding them to your cart. We will contact you to ensure the order is exactly as you want prior to fulfilling.

Yes! We sell bunches in addition to garlands, wreaths and door swags. Check out our bulk wedding combo boxes. If you dont see the product you are looking for, contact us as we have many products available!

We recommend placing orders 30 days ahead of your desired shipping date. We can take advance orders up to 8 months prior to your event. If you need a rush order, please contact us asap. **We require a minimum of 7 days notice on orders. Advanced notice of 7 days does not guarantee availability, due to volume. For example, if your event is on Saturday morning we would need your order placed by Friday of the week prior to ensure it is custom made and shipped to you for a Friday delivery.

If ordering online payment is processed via PayPal. If placing an order over the phone or via email, an invoice will be emailed and payment is via Venmo, Check or PayPal.

We recommend 1.5x the length you desire. For example, if the length you need is 20 feet, we suggest ordering 30 feet of garland.

We are able to make any length of garland. However, to ensure the prodcut remains in the best shipping condition possible and to accomodate the shipping boxes, we make garland in 25 foot pieces that can easily be assembled for a "seamless" look. No. All of our products are fresh and made-to-order. We do not offer artificial or silk florals.

We are sorry to hear you need to cancel! Please contact us right away. We do allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours of your order date. For advance orders we can work with you. Rush orders can not be canceled.

Our products are all cut to order and delivered next day for the freshest products on the market. We aim to deliver the day before your event. There is nothing that needs to be done other than opening the box to let them "breathe" & storing them in a cool dry area. We do not recommend spraying the garlands or wreaths with water. It can dry them out faster. Many of our products, if handled with care, can last a week or more. Some of our evergreen wreaths can last months.
